Fabrizio "Bicio" Cadoppi is a Bologna-based artist born in 1968. He displayed a real passion for drawing from a young age. A tireless dreamer, Bicio is always traveling with his “impertinent” pencil and enjoys expressing himself with iconic and figurative language.
Through his drawing, the artist expresses a world that is sometimes carefree, sometimes fairytale-like, sometimes raw and contemporary. The monochromatic layout of his works is always upset by splashes of color, which immediately attract attention without affecting the compositional and structural balance of the work, offering the key to interpretation. Sometimes the most disparate materials appear within his work, making it even more tangible.
